How to Bake Meat lovers pizza

Take a medium pan and place it over stove top at medium-high range flame. Place Brown Italian sausages in it and cook it for 6-8 minutes over medium-high range heat. Sauté the sausages well until they change their color into brown and broken into very small pieces. Transfer these Italian seasonings into separated bowl with help of slotted spoon and place them aside.

Preheat the oven at temperature of 425 degree F.

Preparation of Pizza Crust

Take a large bowl and combine all purpose flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in it. Add very warm water and oil in it and blend it for 1 minute until a smooth mixture is formed.

Gradually add some flour in it with constant mixing to form a soft dough. Dough should forma ball and it would be slightly sticky. Knead the dough on flour surface. Add some additional flour if needed. Knead for about 4 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. (If you are using Rapid Rise company’s yeast than let the dough at this position for 10 minutes)

Pat the dough with floured hands to fill grease pizza pan or baking pan. You can roll the dough on floured counter to 12 inch circle and place it in grease pizza pan or baking pan. Form a rim by pinching the edge of dough.

Assembling of Pizza

Spread some pizza sauce over the dough crust by leaving the 1/2 inch around the edge. Sprinkle some cheese over the dough. Add sausage, bacon and pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top. You can sprinkle some oregano too if you like its flavor.

Bake in preheated oven on lowest rack for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown in color. Slice the pizza into pieces and serve.

  • Use yeast in pizza Dough. Yeast helps in making dough smooth by giving good taste to crust.
  • Use only oven safe dishes like baking trays. Do not stain your new fancy bowls.
  • Use the dough of pizza within 2 hours otherwise it will change its taste. If the dough is left after using than you can refrigerate it for about 2 days not more than that because of some health issues.
