How To Cook Salted Caramel Double Chocolate Cookies

Take medium range bowl and mix together ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk all the ingredients together. Now take a large bowl and beat butter, brown sugar and plain sugar for 2-3 minutes or until a fluffy mixture is formed. Add eggs and vanilla extract in fluffy mixture. Blend them fully.

Gradually mix in dry ingredients with fluffy mixture. Mix these ingredients on low speed until incorporated. Take measures while mixing the ingredients so that it will not over mix. Stir in some chocolate chips in mixture by hands. Cover it tightly and keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Pre heat the oven at temperature of 350 degrees and take the dough out of fridge while oven is pre heating.

Roll 2-3 tablespoon of cookies mixture into ball. Divide the ball into half and place one half on baking tray. Add Rolo in the center of other half mixture and press the Rolo into the dough. Now cover the Rolo with other half place on tray and cover the Rolo properly. Place some chocolate chips on the top of the cookies. Repeat this process for all the remaining dough and Rolos. Place the cookies 2-3 inch apart on baking sheet tray.

Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the tops of cookies are just set. Sprinkle some sea salt over cookies for some good taste. Allow the cookies to cool down on baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring it to cooking rack to cool it completely.
