How To Cook Chicken Pad Thai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces flat rice noodles (cook these noodles according to the instructions mentioned in the package. You can find these noodles from Asian section of any grocery store.
  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast (finely cut the skinless chicken beats into fine pieces.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 1/4 cup sliced white onions
  • Black pepper according to taste.
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped roughly
  • Peanuts (This ingredient is optional, if you don’t have peanuts than you can use any other dry fruit instead of it)

Sauce
