How to Bake Little Caesars Pretzel Pizza

Combine warm water with some yeast and honey and stir it well to mix them. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes. You can use stand mixer too for preparing this recipe.

Preparation of Pizza Crust

Add flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to yeast mixture. Mix the ingredients well until a smooth dough is formed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and tacky but not sticky at all. You can knead the dough by using a stand mixer. Remove the dough from bowl or from stand mixer allow it to rest on well floured surface for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll them out into three 8 inches discs. Gently drop one dough disc into the simmering water. Allow t to boil for 30-40 seconds. use some slotted spoon to carefully lift the dough from pot to the and transfer it to the paper towel lined cooling rack. Repeat this process with remaining 2 doughs left.

Transfer the dough disc to greased baking pan. If you need more than one baking sheet to fill them than use another one to fill them all. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle some coarse sea salt.
