How To Make Chicken Bacon & Spinach Wraps

You can use processed poppy seed dressing as well but if I prefer home based dressing. For making home based poppy seed dressing mix together mayo, milk, sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil in a blender. Do not add poppy seeds at this step. Blend all ingredients well until a smooth paste is form. Now add poppy seeds in the smooth mixture. Cover it and let it cool until ready to use.

Take a sizzling pan and place it over stove top. Drizzle the pan with some vegetable oil on medium range heat. Rub salt on both sides of chicken properly. Add this chicken rubbed with salt in drizzling pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until chickn is cook properly from inside. Remove the chicken from heat and cut it into pieces and set aside. Distribute Spanish leaves in between the tortilla roles. If you don’t like Spanish leaves than you can add fresh basil or cauliflower leaves as well. Top with chicken, strawberries, crumbled bacon, feta, and drizzle with poppy seed dressing.

Roll the wrap tightly, stick a toothpick in the middle to secure the wrap. This toothpick step is optional you can serve the wraps without placing toothpick too.

Chicken Bacon & Spinach Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps (You can use any flavored tortilla wraps, I used Spanish flavor tortilla wraps)
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken wraps (Cut the chicken into two halves)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3 cups packed spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 slices bacon (Cook the bacon fully)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Poppy seed dressing

Dressing

  • 2/3 cup mayo 
  • 1/2 cup Half & Half OR other milk (You can use any percentage of milk, more denser according to your taste)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions
