How To Cook Salmon Florentine

Take salmon and cut into fine pieces. Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Place a large skillet over stovetop. Add some butter in the skillet and melt it over medium range on stovetop. When the butter is melted fully add some oil in it. let the oil settle in the butter fully.

Add salmon in the melted butter and oil mixture. Now place the salmon in the pan in single layer. Cook it for 4-5 minutes on one side. Than turn the side of salmon and cook for 5-6 minutes more. Cook salmon according to the thickness of pieces cut. If the cut pieces are thick than cook for some more time. Transfer the salmon fish into the plate and than cover it with foil properly so that the fish remains hot and moist. For making sauce take the same skillet and add some butter in it. Melt the butter on medium flame and than add garlic in it. Cook it until garlic is fragrant.

Stir in some chicken broth in it and cook it until the broth remains half. Keep the broth on medium range to avoid overcooking. Stir in Spanish for about one minute until it becomes folk tender. Add in heavy cream and cream cheese in the mixture. Stir it continuously until it the cream cheese is melted fully and a smooth sauce is formed. Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce salmon ( Cut the salmon into fillets)
  • Salt according to taste.

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions
