- •4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- •1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
- •2 medium Carrots, julienned
- •2 medium (mixed colors) Bell peppers, sliced
- •2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- •1 cup Bean sprouts
- •1 cup Snow peas
- •4 stalks Green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- •1/4 cup (60ml) Soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- •1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- •1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- •1/4 teaspoon White pepper
- •1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Toss with 1 tablespoon oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.

Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and swirl to coat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
