- •1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- •1 cup (mixed colors) Bell peppers, sliced
- •1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
- •1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- •1 cup Baby spinach
- •1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- •1 teaspoon Dried basil
- •1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
- •1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves for garnish
