- •2 cups Whole milk
- •1 cup Heavy cream
- •15 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed
- •1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- •8 Popsicle molds
- •8 Popsicle sticks

In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, whisk until well combined.

Crush Oreo cookies into small pieces (reserve some for topping if desired).

Fold crushed Oreos into the pudding mixture, distributing evenly.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

If desired, press a few extra cookie pieces into the top of each pop.

Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until completely solid.

To remove pops from molds, run warm water over the outside of the mold for 10-15 seconds.
