  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 3 large Poblano peppers
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 medium Onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

    Roast poblano peppers over an open flame or under the broiler until charred on all sides, about 10 minutes.
